Obituary of William David Webb

William David Webb, 67, of San Tan Valley, Arizona, passed away surrounded by family in Mesa, Arizona on the 8th of October 2023.

David was born in Mesa, Arizona on December 29,1955 to Allen Kurt Webb and Lois Elsie Winn. As a child he spent many summers exploring downtown Mesa and later worked on the family farm. David attended Lavaca High School in Lavaca, Arkansas before studying business at Brigham Young University. He later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree at Augusta State University in Augusta, Georgia. He moved around the country while working in retail management, and then later settled in Arizona to work as a regional manager at a national tax preparation company.

David was preceded in death by both his parents and a brother who died as an infant. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Darla Brannan Webb, his brother Kurt (Susan) Webb, his sister Kris (Ron) Graham, his children Kristi (Brian) Russell and Craig (Rachel) Webb, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. His humor, quick wit, and unwavering love for his family will be missed and never forgotten.

A memorial service will be held at Meldrum Mortuary in Mesa, Arizona on the 28th of October 2023 at 10:00 AM. Hawaiian shirts (Dave’s trusty standby) are encouraged
