Obituary of Michael Christopher Keith

Michael Christopher Keith was born on January 1st 1949, in Tucson Az, youngest of 3 siblings. He grew up in the Tucson and Phoenix areas with his sisters and mother. Mike was an avid  Cross Country runner at Sunny Slope High School, graduating in 1967. In 1982 he met and married Renee Leavitt in Los Angeles CA, and they built a family together. In 1998 they moved their family back to Mike's hometown Phoenix. There they all flourished, and he made a successful career in sales, where he was a natural because everyone could see his genuineness and affable demeanor. Mike loved to crack a dad joke and get a smile out of people, even if he had to laugh at his own jokes to do it! He adored the game of golf, it was one of his favorite pastimes, playing games in the scorching summer heat without a second thought. He made friends wherever he went. 

He passed away unexpectedly on September 23rd, 2023 at the age of 74 in Mesa AZ. He is survived by his 3 daughters; Nicole Reimer, Jennifer Jonas, Kathleen Senella. His 2 sons in law; James Penland, Steve Senella.  His grandchildren; Emilee Harjo, Jayven Jonas, Donovan Penland, Jiavanna Jonas and Ahsoka Senella. His sister Mari Wascher Rezinas, his brothers in law Michael Rezinas and Scott Watson. Michael was pre-deceased by his oldest sister Nikki Bekker and his mother Josephine Wascher. Memorial Service will be held at Meldrum Mortuary in Mesa AZ, Monday October 9th at 2pm. Join us in honoring Mike.
