Obituary of Mable Alice Clow

Mable Alice Jenkins Clow died September 13, 2004 in Mesa, AZ at the age of 95. She was born in Coefax, WA on November 19, 1908 to the late Tom and Lola Holmes Jenkins. Mable married Russell E. Clow Sr. on April 27, 1929 in Phoenix, AZ. She was a mother, a homemaker, a dietitian in the Kyrene School, and also worked as a Dietitian for 25 years at the Tempe Community Hospital. She was a member of the LDS Church and had lived in Cottonwood for the past 18 years. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 57 years; a son-in-law, Waynion Brooks, and a great grandson, Michael Brooks. She is survived by her three children: Russell E. Clow Jr. Beverly of Mesa, AZ, Marilyn Brooks of Cottonwood, AZ and Jon Clow Margaret of Cottonwood; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a sister, Mary Richmond of Tucumcari, NM. A visitation will be held on Monday September 20, 2004 from 6-8:00 PM at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald St. in Mesa. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday September 21, 2004 at 9:30 AM at Double Butte Cemetery in Tempe.
