Obituary of Julian Careaga

Julian M. Careaga, 81, long time resident of Mesa, Arizona and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Julian had been retired for 20 years from the City of Mesa. He and his wife, Bertha, happily celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in March of this year. Julian will be truly missed by his loving wife, Bertha, his 8 children; 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. A Viewing and Rosary will be held on Monday, August 31, 2009 from 6-8:00 PM at Meldrum Mortuary located at 52 North Macdonald in Mesa. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Church located at 141 North Macdonald in Mesa. Flowers can be sent to Meldrum Mortuary. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements.
