Obituary of William Hawkins Troutman

William Bill Hawkins Troutman, retired Head District Engineer for Navajo County for AZ Department of Transportation, passed away February 4, 2013. Born May 28, 1943 in Statesville, NC, he was the son of Francis William Troutman and Esther Hawkins Troutman. He loved the outdoors, hiking, hunting and fishing. Survivors include his daughter Debbie Frantz, sisters Trudie Cook and Fran Whitener, grandchildren Katherine and Jonathan Pipes, Lauren and Michael Frantz, great-granddaughter Mary Bianca Vakilzadeh. Services will be held Friday, February 15, at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald, Mesa, AZ. Visitation will be at noon and services will at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Mesa City Cemetery .
