Obituary of Virginia Karloff
Virginia “Gina” Karloff of Mesa, Arizona, in her 84th year, passed away at her home, on February 10th, 2023. She was a 49 year resident of Arizona.
She was born on October 1st, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to Theodore Parker and Rose Sovak.
She was a graduate of Dondero High School, Royal Oak Michigan in 1956.
She attended Michigan State University and graduated from the University of Minnesota and obtained her Master Degree from Arizona State University.
She retired from Apache Junction High School in 2003 after 30 years of teaching business/computer classes. After retirement she volunteered at the Phoenix Zoo, Arizona State University Art Museum, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Tempe Center for the Arts and Frontiers.
In her spare time, she enjoyed reading her Bible, volunteering, spending time with her friends, traveling, exercising, doing crossword puzzles and entertaining her cats.
Gina will be remembered for her love of the Lord and life, genuineness, her contribution to the community, her time with her students and her love for animals.

A memorial service will be held at Christ Church, 1120 S. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296, Thursday, March 16th at 10:30am.
