Obituary of Nellie Josephine Ellsworth

Nellie Josephine Ellsworth, 84, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2022, at her home in Mesa Arizona, surrounded by loved ones. Nellie was born on October 6, 1937, in Thatcher Graham Arizona. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roland Ellsworth, and all family members who went before her. She is survived by her four children, Dennis, William, Ronda, and Richard-along with 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Nellie was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her family and was grateful to be sealed to them for all eternity. A visitation for Nellie is scheduled for 10:00am on Monday, April 4, 2022, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00am. These services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; 1050 S Hobson, Mesa, Arizona 85204. The following internment will be held at 1:00pm at Resthaven Park Cemetery; 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85042. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Nellie's life. In lieu of flower donations or memorial gifts, we ask that you please donate to a charity of your choice. We find comfort in knowing that Nellie has found peace, and that she is reunited with her beloved in a place where there is no illness or suffering - only happiness and love.
