Obituary of Gary Wayne Adams

Gary W Adams, 78, passed away at his home May 17th, 2022. Gary was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Frank and Pauline Adams. He attended Tempe High School in Tempe, Arizona. Gary then served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Mexico City, Mexico. Gary worked for Mountain Bell (AT&T) as a phone repairman and lineman, then as a manager of a Pete's Fish & Chips, and finally as the proud owner of Gary's Dawgs Hotdog Cart. He is survived by the love of his life, Janice (Jones), his sons, Frank (Ginger), Michael (Marlo), Todd (Laura), Lance (Janel), Brian, Nathan (Heidi), Aaron (Jenny), and daughters, Sandee (Charlie) and Keri (Shaun), 31 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers Lynn, Stewart, Claude, and Norman, and sisters, Annette and Jeanette. Gary was preceded in death by his father Frank, mother Pauline, and brother Martel. Gary had a gift of being able to talk easily with anyone and loved his hotdog cart because of the people he got to meet. His greatest joys in life, aside from Volkswagons, were his wife and family. He loved reading to and playing with his grandchildren. He was the best example of love and service and will be greatly missed.
