Obituary of Kathleen Helen Sollazzo

Kathleen Helen Sollazzo, 63, passed away on May 18th, 2022 at 2:15 am after a long and hard battle with valley fever. Kathleen loved watching Hallmark movies or going to the movie theater. She also loved spending time with her beloved dogs Trixie and Tyler, who never left her side. She was born in East Cleveland, Ohio on April 30th, 1959 to the late Shirley and James Fahey. She relocated from Brunswick, Ohio to San Tan Valley, Arizona in 2008. Kathleen is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Obbish, her sister, Linda Graziano, and her brother, Michael Fahey. She will be affectionately remembered as "Nanny" by her granddaughter Scotland, "Grandma" by her three grandsons Ethan (Meghan) Mickler, Devon and Christian (Kali) Ziman, and "Great Grandma" by her great grandson Holden. Kathleen will be cherished forever in the memories of her beloved husband John Sollazzo, daughter Melinda Sollazzo, son Greg (Emily and Scotland) Sollazzo, four grandchildren, one great grandchild, brother James (Tami) Fahey, sister Laura (Lou) Smith, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Nothing meant more to Kathleen than the health and happiness of her family. She will forever be remembered for her kindness and compassion towards others A celebration of her life will be held on June 4th at her family home. Events Details are pending.
